PeakRoutine was born out of a personal pre-diabetes scare, a mountain of disconnected wearable data, and the realization that healthcare today is built to wait for you to break.
How a personal pre-diabetes scare and wearable data frustration forced us to build something that actually works.
“PeakRoutine is the tool I wish I'd had the day my doctor handed me that lab report.”
A couple of years ago, my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. My HbA1C was over 6.1, my HDL was low, and the prescription was standard: eat better, move more, manage stress. Being handed a generic, text-book biomarker report proved that daily health routines need actual context and personal nuance, not just generic numbers.
I had wearables collecting thousands of data points a day, but none of it talked to each other. We realized wearables tell you when your HRV drops or sleep is bad, but they never tell you why it happened or what behavioral changes to make tomorrow. Health data was everywhere and insight was nowhere.
The more I dug into my own data, the more I suspected sleep was the real lever—not diet, not exercise. But no app, no doctor, no system was set up to surface that. We realized we needed to build an intelligence layer that could automatically find these biological correlations.
Becoming a dad amplified all of it. Sleep deprivation is a crash course in recovery science. Watching our own biomarkers fall apart while juggling a newborn and full-time jobs made it viscerally clear how much better life gets when you can see what actually moves the needle during high-stress recovery states.

Our design and development choices are anchored in four core philosophies.
Every single metric tracked should directly lead to a clearer decision and a better action. We do not build vanity dashboard charts.
Your biology is unique. Recommendations should dynamically adapt to your actual biomarker recovery levels, not standard horoscopes.
Small, biology-aware daily habit loops consistently beat short-lived, exhausting spikes of extreme training effort.
Your health data is sacred. It stays strictly on your device or safely encrypted. We never sell your data, nor do we run ads.
The wearable industry got everyone tracking biometrics and left them there. Over the next 5 years, we plan to walk users up the rest of the ladder.
Burnout and energy decline are visible in our sleep and heart rate trends long before we notice them in our daily lives. PeakRoutine helps users observe these behavioral trajectories early, allowing them to adjust their lifestyle habits and restore recovery levels.
New parents, shift workers, founders, and athletes constantly ask their bodies to perform under pressure. We are building an elite, context-aware recovery coach in your pocket that knows your exact biometric state and adjusts expectations dynamically.
Behavior change becomes durable when the feedback loop is closed. When you can see the positive relationship between better sleep consistency and improvements in your recovery trends, habits stop feeling like a chore and start feeling like wellness leverage.
We are moving health management from tracking (rung 1) to understanding (rung 2) to acting with confidence (rung 3). By combining deep correlation analysis with gamified habits and specialized AI agent coaches, we make actionable biology-aware health sustainable for everyone.
