Almost never. Because PeakRoutine syncs automatically with Apple Health, the only things you might manually log are mood, stress, nutrition, and journaling entries to give the AI a complete view of your well-being. This typically takes less than 2 minutes per day.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free plan gives you basic health tracking and manual logging.
